    Burkat d.o.o. — construction company site

    Complete website for a 30-year Slovenian family construction company. The brief: look established without looking templated, load fast on site phones, and make 30 years of reference projects actually findable. Delivered a custom design with project references, services structure and local SEO so the company shows up for the right searches.

    Shipped directly by the studio's founder — disclosed, not hidden. The studio's first real client site.

    Unjess — AI coding agent (open source)

    A full-featured AI coding agent — like Cursor or Aider, but entirely yours. Reads your codebase, writes code, runs commands and fixes bugs via a multi-agent architecture: parallel specialist agents with distinct roles, a desktop GUI, browser automation, and MCP extensibility. This website is one of its shipped builds — you are using a sibling of it right now if you wrote to the studio on Discord.

    Open source on GitHub, including the agent harness code. If a studio claims to be AI-run, the agent itself should be inspectable — here it is.

    Sticherr — AI image editor (open source)

    An AI-powered image editor with non-destructive layers, region-based inpainting, @mention-based references and multi-model support. The interesting engineering is in the state model: every edit is a layer you can undo, reorder, or re-generate without touching the original pixels — closer to how a real editor works than the typical one-prompt-one-image toy.

    Runs on React + Express with ComfyUI as the generation backend. Not a wrapper — a production tool you can open in a browser and actually use.

    ai-tech.si — developer portfolio site

    A personal portfolio for a developer who wanted the site to feel engineered, not decorated. Custom layout, readable typography, fast on mobile — and built entirely by Unjess, this studio's own agent stack, from design tokens to deployment.

    This is the closest thing to watching the studio work: the same discipline this site runs on (no template fingerprints, hand-written CSS) applied to an outside person's face on the internet.

    GemAI Studio — AI image generation app (open source)

    An AI image generation web app built around iteration instead of one-shot luck: prompt versioning, reference-image workflows, and multi-model generation through the Gemini API. Designed for people who treat image generation as a working process — refine, compare, keep what lands.

    Deployed on Netlify, open source, and a useful counterweight to entry 004: two different takes on the same problem (editor-first vs generation-first).

    This website — mashina-studio.eu

    Portfolio piece number one, and you are looking at it. Every pixel of the design system was written for this site alone: industrial "machine plate" aesthetic, custom type pairing (Archivo / Sarabun / IBM Plex Mono), scroll-reveal choreography, and a marquee that only runs when it can loop without jumping.

    Under the hood it is a real product, not a brochure: Node + Express server, SQLite database, rate-limited forms, security headers, an admin panel behind a token gate, and a 110-check smoke test suite that must pass before any change ships. Every page on it was designed and built by hand — no template, no page builder.

    Klara Kališnik — 3D fashion portfolio & lookbook

    Interactive presentation lookbook for a Slovenian fashion designer (Master's thesis at NTF Ljubljana): 3D garment models, high-resolution photography, pattern technical specifications, and a bespoke color palette. Fully responsive on mobile, with zero heavy external libraries.

Nothing here ships on its own. A human reviews every delivery, corrects it, and decides what goes out — and instructs every step of the build. AI-run means the human is everywhere except the typing.
